MTO Kombucha (MTOK) is brewed by hand, with organic ingredients, using traditional techniques passed down through the centuries.

MTOK uses a special blend of organic black tea, organic non-GMO, raw cane sugar, and an organic kombucha culture called a SCOBY (Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast).

The New Baltimore Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company banquet hall has served our department since the 1970s. After several different renovations over the years, the banquet hall has continued to be one of the most affordable and efficient banquet halls in the county. Currently the hall rental rate is $600 per day.

The New Baltimore Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department hosts a day full of food, tours of the station, live demonstrations of emergency medical, rescue, and firefighting equipment, moon bounces and other activities. The Aircare 1 helicopter, Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office and Virginia State Police will also be present. Free event for the whole family.

Old Bust Head Brewing Company is named for a rural crossroads in the rolling hills of Fauquier County, Virginia. The locals who dubbed the corner ‘Bust Head’ enjoyed not only the potent libations brewed there, but also a little good humor.

Some say the nickname came about when a neighbor fell off his horse after ‘overindulging’ at the corner shop one evening. Others say the locals who drank there were partial to Saturday night fights, or that they just fell down and busted their heads on the rough old country road.

One thing is certain, Bust Head was a place that brought folks together in good spirits and built community—and that’s what we hope to do here at Old Bust Head Brewing Company.
