Short Business Description
Rob & Alana have had the vision of opening their facility doors for several years. Having built a successful fitness business out of their home and utilizing outdoor locations, finding the right space was everything. They have experienced several lessons and blessings along the way all of which prepared them for CrossFit Vint Hill. Soon after moving back to Warrenton, Rob's hometown, they were introduced to the Vint Hill location on Farm Station Rd and knew it was where they were meant to be.
